Sleep health is less prominent in the media and in our own consciousness than many other health-related topics. Even for those who have to deal with some sleep issue (from insomnia to sleep apnea) they typically only focus on resolving their specific concern while those who sleep well, don’t think about it at all – unless or until something happens.

During sleep is when the body restores and repairs itself. By providing a sleep environment that helps you to sleep well, deeply and comfortably you assist the body in the restoration process. This contributes to how you feel when you wake up and how the rest of the day goes. Being proactive and helping the body help itself (and you) would therefore seem to make good sense.
